Starting in 2012, Heatherwood will launch a new MOPS group (Mothers of Pre-Schoolers).  Led by Kimberly Dover, this group will minister to stay at home moms in the area by providing an opportunity to connect with moms from the greater community, in a Christ centered environment.  MOPS meeting typically include refreshments, crafts or fun activities, practical mom advice from other moms, and a spiritual focus in the form of a devotion or Bible study.  The goal of MOPS is to help good moms become even better moms, with the help of the Lord, each other, and the church.
